Neighbour above is very noisy in the night hours, ranging from 10pm to 3am. Adults and several small children in household constantly drag furniture and ride noisy hard-wheeled toys across floor, making very loud noises. I have complained to them and to the management of the condos many times in the past 6-9 months.
My children and I constantly have trouble going to sleep and often get woken up in the late hours. Last night was woken up at 10pm, 12pm, 1am and 3am.
I have asked the neighbour politely to be more considerate. I have also asked the management to speak with them about this. The neighbour's response is that they lived int he condos longer than my family so they should not have to change their lifestyle. They say it is our problem, not theirs. I have asked them to place felt pads on the feet of their furniture, but they refuse. They say that they should not have to change their lifestyle, even if it is a bother to us.
Police say they can't help. What can I do?

Yahoo had taken over my computer...some things with permission...some without.

Can you sue Yahoo for doing this without your permission.

The 419 scam is where people from Ghana and Nigeria send you an email saying they have your consignment ready and will ship it to your destination as soon as we can send 550.00 for registering it. They then send a so called diplomat and you meet him and it is then they tell you due to local regulations you need a Anti-laundering certificate and it will cost 4600.00 they will then show you a sample of the money and then leave with the funds and it's over. Also I have been stupid twice as I feel for the Black Money scheme and it was not a good deal so far and of course the last I have lost 8000.00 dollars. These people are very convincing. Now why doesn't CNN ever cover stories like this and help us victims of these scams.

I am a canadian citizen, and i am just a ordinary lady who beleives in justice..I have had not a easy life, i have 3 grown sons which are good men,but have had there problems,,In ways we all have. But tonight i am troubled,I have watched DOG duane chapman and his family for along time on tv,and with respect..The family now needs every person who ever had a son or daughter,to stand up and fight for this family...If they are sent back to mexico, then we failed. No matter who we are or what we stand for, this is a fight we all must take on..For if a family is brave enough to catch a man who raped and brutilized just one woman then they deserve to be heros, but this family went out and got the rich guy who no doubt would have hid for ever..But they made a promise and kept it,and now are being punished, So i say to all write letters, make calls and have protests but fight for this family, For if we don`t who is safe, in this world if the good are punished for helping our sons and daughters.

My boyfriend has been seperated from his x girlfriend for over 7 yrs. In the last 2 yrs she has brought against him an order for support in the family court. He is a biological to one of the children but not the second. She is indicating he was an acting father to the child and he should be responsible for the child support. The biological father is getting off free. He is racking up legal fees which he has no money to pay to fight this issue. He had't been involved in either of the childrens live for 5 yrs after the relationship ended. The mother wouldn't allow him access to his child let alone his non biological child. She is on legal aid and all her expensise are covered but there is no justice system for him. He has resolved access and support for his child however she is still tying up the courts time and the expenses of legal aid. As advised by the judge "he should agree to disagree and pay her the support as it would be less expensive for him the the long run."

I was in a car accident about a year and a half ago. This girl that I went to high school with ran into the back of me at a stop light. It was raining outside and she hydroplaned. We pulled over and she didn't have any insurance so we did not call the cops. We just exchanged information and went our seperate ways. There was little visible damage done to my car except for small scratches. I went and got a statement from the mechanic and he said that there was $700 worth of damage done to the shock absorbers or something like that in my bumper. I contacted the other girl and we agreed that she would just pay $500 at $100/month. Well we met up once and she paid me $100. We signed receipts and she went off to college. I had contacted her through email several times so I have record of her telling me that she was going to pay me the money. I still haven't received anything more. She says that she's in college and doesn't have a job and no financial support from her parents. What u think?

Is it corect that Yahoo sends private information to state-capitalist China govt. contary to their privacy policy statement?
Is it corect that Chinease people were jailed because of that?
Is it corect that we use Yahoo, the most evil internet company?
It wouldn't be better boicoting it?

My uncle has 7 cats with two litter boxes and 3 dogs in his house, and his wife wants to keep the animals but it seems to be causing allergic reactions with family members. We are trying now to find state laws that say how many cats a person can have like I believe there is a law you can only have two or three dogs. But we were wondering what laws there were to owning too many animals. Please sites about animals or even government sites would help with this problem. Plus its a 4 member household.

I am 22 years old and a full time college student. I have been in college since the age of 16, 3 months after my father passed away. When I turned 18 I stopped receiving social security payments, and today my tax accountant told me that I should have been collecting SS payments and should still receive them until I am completely done with school. Is there any truth to this? He told me to contact a lawyer. Is there any one out there in the same situation or who is collecting SS benefits for a deceased parent?
