My uncle has 7 cats with two litter boxes and 3 dogs in his house, and his wife wants to keep the animals but it seems to be causing allergic reactions with family members. We are trying now to find state laws that say how many cats a person can have like I believe there is a law you can only have two or three dogs. But we were wondering what laws there were to owning too many animals. Please sites about animals or even government sites would help with this problem. Plus its a 4 member household.

None. As long as the animals are being taken care of right, there's nothing you can do. It's like how many kids or cars you can have.
