No, though they do take them from criminals!

I don't want the government mandating anyone to get a "Mandatory" DNA sample at birth! That's a violation of the right to privacy and it sounds a lot like big brother!

If cops can't solve crimes, which many rely on a lie detector test, which is as accurate as spitting in the wind, to decide whether to charge you or not! If they can't conduct an investigation in an appropriate manner, they have no business investigating! Letting a lie detector make up your mind for you is obscene! Psychopath's can pass them standing on their heads!
