In an absolutely perfect world, yea sure. We'd all be responsible and the pot market wouldn't be so outrageous.
But in today's America, no way. It needs to be cracked down upon otherwise it will just interfere more and more with our social well being. The whole point of government is to preserve social order, not chip away at it. Legalizing pot today won't help as much as it will hurt.

Yes, I think weed should be legalized. I don't think weed is any worse than alcohol, so I think if it were legalized then it could be taxed. More importantly I think it should be legalized for medicinal use. It has so many benefits when used as a medicine. Even though they have a pill form, it does not work as well. I know this from the experience of watching my mother suffer in severe pain from cancer. When she was under the influence of marijuana she was able to eat and sleep without as much pain.
