Yahoo had taken over my computer...some things with permission...some without.

Can you sue Yahoo for doing this without your permission.

taken over?

If you don't like what happens, uninstall all yahoo material off your computer. and never go near their site, or agree to install or use anything by them.

If after that, your computer is still under influence, then consult a competent attorney instead of asking a bunch of non specialists with such a pointed questions.

You agreed to install the yahoo software. It will not install without you allowing it.
