ok time to rant a little bit!!!

Do you think America is too censored?

untill a few years ago "the grapes of wrath" was banned. If America is supposed to be a Free country why is there so much Nazi-1984 style censorship.

ive read about people being sued over the purchasing of an M rated videogame and new rules saying someone who is 17 cant buy an r rated movie ticket for someone under 17 unless they are your legal guardian. i waited 5 years to be able to get an R rated movie ticket and now i cant even get my friends (especially my girlfriend) in to the movies because of this new nazi law. People get so upset about videogames that are violent and movies that are violent and have sex in them. well tough **** people if you really dont want your kids to copy them than just teach them the difference between reality and movies and videogames.

all these big christian organizations are trying to get video games "sacraligious music, movies, and books" ban.

thats just ****** up!!!!

I saw somewhere that they are trying to pass a law that if a married couple doesn't have a child in the first 3 years of marriage that the marriage will be anulled. How can they do that? What about these men and women who can't have kids or the couples who do try to have kids but can't until 5 years later or the couples who simply do not want kids. Can they not get married??

Over 700 vets sent home from the hospital that still needed medical care. People not being told about transportation and having to get out in the cold and wheel themselves around the campus in their wheel chairs when there were buses to transport them. VETS coming home from the war and being turned away because there is not more funding. and it just goes on and on and on and on and on. Just saw the story on NBC.

I am 17 and tried to buy Gears of War in game stop and this crazy customer said that there is a $100,000.00 fine to any buisness selling an m rated game to a minor. The only state with any kind of law like this I believe is california and I know its not that harsh of a penalty. Someone tell me in I am wrong, or if the Christian Coalition lady is onto somthing?

I was recently accused of retail theft at my ex- place of employment. I've pleaded innocent and now must appear in court. There was one witness, a fellow cashier, of the incident. If she cannot appear in court (or simply does not want to) can she write a letter of what she saw happen? Does it have to be mailed to the court? Do letters hold any weight at all in juvenile court? I also could get a letter from my supervisor who would act as a character witness and describe me as a worker.

Would these letters help my case at all?

I worked for a Boys & Girls Club in Orange County CA, where I’d do the van pick up for our local school. About two months ago during my vehicle inspection I notice that the front tires are balding, so I noted it on the inspection form. I was doing this on and off for about two months; and was told the tires would be changed, but they never where, so on my last inspection (Feb) I noted (balding tires) again on my inspection form; which I submit to my boss (Unit director). A week later I was called into the Executive Directors office and he fired me saying that the club is going in another direction and that I’m not going to be part of it. Do I have a case for wrongfully termination due to complaining about un-safe tires on the company’s 14 passenger vehicles. Thanks for any advise.

My sister moved from Canada to Florida a year ago. She got married to a nice guy and was living with him and his family. She's always been really secretive, so it wasn't that weird not to hear from her for a month or two. I haven't heard from her since August, and now her email-that shes had for 10 years-is closed. The phone number I found has been disconnected. I called the police in Florida because I'm really worried about her. They told me that they don't have time for this type of thing, do I know how many phone calls they get about people going missing? I was told that if I wanted to find out about her I'd have to go down there myself and find her. I would, but I don't have the money to, by any stretch. I don't know what else I can do. I'm worried sick.

such politician is Tancredo..he forgot he has italian background..he is a first or second generation immigrant..he doesnt like immigrants but he also has a problem with the black caucus. It seems he only likes white people..in a nation where we have every kind of people.if he is against illegal immigration..then propose a human reform.you cant kick them out all at the same time..it is impossible who will do the job american citizens dont want to do for the minimum wages..he has ideas from 3rd world countries..he doesnt bring solutions..he just attack like a pitbull and try to destroy..instead of finding a human solution with ethical order..there cant be a law that is inmoral. yes stop illegal immigration but dont give courage to groups like the minutemen or allow agents from the border patrol kill unarmed immigrants..he wants to impose vicious ideas against minority groups.we dont need an american hitler.we need oportunities, not all immigrants are bad, some pay taxes and adapted to USA

Save on police, jailing, courts. Legalization brings their prices down therefore ruins gangs, terrorists and the maffia.
What's fricking wrong with that?

I am Almost 18.
I have been living in Texas with my father(non-Custodial)
My mother (Custodial Parent) Lives in Indiana ( I was born There also)
And my Father Has continued to pay her Child Support due to the fact that a custody Battle Would Have Taken far too long to Get me out of a bad situation there,
I am getting Ready to go to college and I have been told that When I turn 18, My Father Still has to pay her Child Support(or Take her to Court) Due to Laws in Indiana
I want to Get her Rights Revoked however because the money is supposed to Go towards my continued Education.
& i know She isn't going to help me at all.
I think it would be better just to not give her the money in the beginning.

Please any help in how to do this would be Great,Thank you
