Yes I do. She is one of the better Judges. She is honest and speaks what is on her mind. Her intuition is right on the money. Also, she is extremely fair in her rulings.

I have to vote against that appointment. A TV judge in my opinion does not qualify for the supreme court and it would take too long to bring her back up to speed on legal issues.

I think she would be an excellent Supreme Court Judge. She has, beside her legal knowledge, common sense and is not a prejudicial person thereby being fair minded and with a sense of humor.

No, No NO. While "don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining" may work in small claims court, that's not the level of sophistication that one needs to analyze the very serious constiutional issues and statutory interpretation dealt with by the Court.
