Evaluate policies, and the situation; there could, in fact, be discrimination. Those who are discriminating could be doing so with out knowing it, or without you knowing if you are the boss.

You cannot discriminate against someone on the basis of age, disability, ethnic/national origin,color, race, religion, sex, and in some cases sexual orientation or sexual identity. If you do find discrimination, try to fix the problem, and if needed call a lawyer. Discrimination is not good for business, and it should not be tolerated.

Is this a privately owned business or a corporate store? If it is part of a corporation, you should definitely contact your human resources department.

I need some more details. Who's saying what and why? Is it an applicant that you're not hiring? Is it a current employee who has been terminated? Is it a current employee who still works for you but thinks he is being discriminated against?

In all cases, get all paperwork together that could be useful:
-Employee's job application
-Training papers
-Write ups (if any)
-All work schedules for that employee
-Have documentation from other employees of yours that agree that the claim is false

First of all, an M works better than a comma....second...contact the best lawyer you can afford..or look up statutes on your own pertaining to employment discrimination....Hope you really do Know it all..because discrimination is an easy kill in a courtroom....especially racial.....Hang on to your hat...I'm sure your in for a ride..Best wishes.
