Hell yes! And then regulate it and tax those who buy it. Just think, we have more tax revenue, fewer convictions, and fewer people going to prison. We tax payers are now footing the bill for all those people in prison for smoking pot.
I do NOT use the stuff, nor do I drink. People are going to smoke the stuff whether it is legal or not, just like drinking which is already legal.

Absolutely. Without going into a long tirade as to why, I'll just say look at what the prohibition of alcohol did to the violent crime rate, government spending, etc. Also, look at the stats of alcohol related illnesses and deaths compared to weed. Prohibition doesn't work, it only costs us money and freedom.

Yes, because because the government could make a ton of money from it, and pot isn't any worse than alchol. I drive way better when I'm baked than when I'm drunk.
