Has anyone recieved an e-mail from a "PAUL PETERSERN " from Ghana.......asking to make you the beneficiery for 10.5 million dollars?????

Here is part of the letter that they want me to send to their bank in Ghana:

Please kindly be informed that my late cousin Mr.David
Clemetson operated a company in Accra Ghana, by the
name of chrome oil Services Ltd. in Ghana, West
Africa. Since his death, I have been unable to come
forward to claim this fund due to family problems and
personal issues.

Please upon acknowledge of this application, I would
be please to provide more information that may be
required.

Hence I would like to send in all his necessary
documents if required in other to prove my status
claim. I respectfully request your expedience in
treating this matter with utmost urgency, hence I
will need the funds to continue running the families
business in our country, since we are no longer
conducting business in Accra Ghana.

My obnoxious family in Illinois recently had a death in the family. My cousins (supposedly) have requested my sister and I (we're on the west coast) NOT be notified of the death. A friend of mine suggested there may be money (Yup, the family was "loaded") involved and perhaps they're trying to exclude us from any inheritance.

Sorry to be so lengthly but, does this even sound like a realistic scenario? Or is my friend just yanking my chain?

It has been 18 months no taxes are owed. My attorney will not tell me the truth I have caught him in so many lies I have tried to fine another attorney but no one I have talked will take the case. She is hiding assests I have proof of that and yet no one will help me. The court will not talk to me you have to have an attorney.

Supposed in the not-so-distant future, we finally have holodecks (like in Star Trek), would it be ethical to allow people to create individuals to be abused emotionally and physically for their pleasure?

What if sick people create children to be sexually molested and abused while in the holodeck?

Would it be legal and ethical to harm and abuse holodeck creations? Won't they have feelings too?

If so, then where is the hard evidence then? Heard that some of those 419 scam letters also originate from Official Government Offices and many of the major banks in Nigeria. Considered a major inudstry there because it brings in to much money to the economy, but only to a few. Most of the people there live in abject poverty. people.

It has been 18 months since it was filed everything has been liquidated and there are just the 2 of us and the probate court has given notice to close the estate but yet nothing has been done.

When is the appropriate time to pull these background checks? What questions are the employers entitled to asking the employee about their background? Our manager was fired for embezzeling lots of money from a library. Now, they are requiring checks on everyone. Public allegations have been made but no charges on this manager who has returned over 130,000 back to the library. Also he had been having sex in his office. All of the evidence was in his office, but other employees from different branches cleaned up the mess before GBI could actually see the condition of his office. Why now are they having the employees who have been working for years have background checks and what kinds of questions are these employers allowed to ask about the past?

He was found with two bags of ice (I don't know exactly how much ice) and a lortab on him. I don't know the law for the state of Alabama, he has been to rehab for this before and lived in a halfway house for a short time, but he doesn't have a criminal record, what kind of punishment is he looking at?

Wouldn't passing a law that prohibited the sale of puppies at stores make a huge impact in shutting down puppy mills? Why is this legal? You always hear politicans talking about animal rights, why don't they do something about it and make it illegal for stores to sell puppies??!! And, why, when shows like Dateline & 20/20 do undercover investigations of these puppy mills, don't they bring cops with them to shut them down, arrest and throw in jail the cold-hearted people that run them? Obviously it's going to take more than telling people "don't buy a puppy at a pet store" for this madness to stop. For every person who decides to not buy from a store, there is always somebody who will.

I have a friend in viet nam he say that he want to buy some electronic stuff from US. he order online but it can't ship to viet nam so he want me to get it and ship it to him. He will pay me fine after he receipt it or he will buy something that equal value the product that he buy to me.

when i was younger, i could wash the dishes without using rubber gloves, without any worries about it affecting my skin.
about 10 years ago, i worked for mcdonalds for about 3 years, during which time, i developed skin contact dermiatitis, through the use of their cleaning chemicals. i was never provided with gloves while using them. even now, i cannot do the dishes without using them, and i am always worried about another breakout.
