If so, then where is the hard evidence then? Heard that some of those 419 scam letters also originate from Official Government Offices and many of the major banks in Nigeria. Considered a major inudstry there because it brings in to much money to the economy, but only to a few. Most of the people there live in abject poverty. people.

It's politics at it's worst! This government won't even give their own people economic freedom so that they can eradicate poverty let alone property rights. They continue to get AID from our governments knowing that they will not be able to solve the problem, only giving the people freedom will! I would not doubt it if they were in on this! This world is losing liberty everyday and the people will pay the high cost! ~ Libertarian
