Why is Spencer's (in most malls) allowed to sell adult toys?

They have vibrators and dildos for sale to ANYBODY...including 12 year old girls. How is this legal?

They are novelty toys; they don't have pictures or movies includes. I don't see the legal problem (I do see the moral problem, but they are two different issues)

ok well how else r teens not 12 year olds suppost to get pleasure if their boyfriend or girlfriend doesnt want to have sex? stripers? no hookers? no. spencers is probly the only place
