Was i suppose to get a raise being Full Time???? because me being part time was getting paid like a full timer, but now im full time my supervisor said i cant go no hire, cuz every body makes that amount in the full time staff.

There is no legal reason you should get a raise for going to full time.

Was it represented that you would get a raise when you went to full time? Then you may have a claim.

It really just depends on the company and what you do. If you work as a waitress and are bumped up from part time to full time I seriously doubt they give you a raise. Maybe you will receive a raise after you have been full time for a certain length of time.

You don't get a raise for going full-time, not legally.

probably so but now being full time you should have benefits like insurance and vacation and things like that the part timers do not get.
