My grandmother died last year and I was told by several peole in my family that my sister, brother, and myself were named in the will. My father and uncle had deneyed this and I woiuld like to see the will for myself. I have asked for a copy of the will but they refuse to show it to me

How do I find out what is happening in an ongoing criminal trial regarding the above? What sites do I go to for blogs about our terrible justice system that rewards criminals and punishes victims of crime? Also, who does children's services answer to other than no-one when they totally mishandle a case?

Well i was sitting at the bar..im a bartender and i go to school at trinity college...a man was observing me and then walked up to me asked for a 50.cal(shot) and then we started talking...he said he saw that i speak 4 other languages and that i would be a good asset to the FBI..the only thing that is holding me back is that he said i would have to loose one of my citizenships..i'm polish by blood and american be papers..would there be any way of reclaiming my citizenship(polish) once im in the Bureau? or would i be called a trader!? serious answers only..

I received a jury summons today and was wondering how late I could be before I'd get charged with contempt of court. The courthouse is very complicated, as far as its layout is concerned, and I know that no matter how early I show up, I'm gonna be late, because I won't be able to figure out how to navigate the courthouse to get where I need to be on time.

A Que. about 911 and WTC's structural was posted few days ago and it's got deleted!! now. There was one of the answers that got my attention. It's a 1,1/2hr video that's narrated by a female and includes the structure, interviews and if some explosion had occurred and......I just saw 10min of it and don't remember the add. or any one's name. So if any one has such a video or if i get lucky the original sender, sees my posting, i will be pleased to see that. THANX !

Me and a friend were accused of using drugs in the bathroom at work. The GM said someone "saw us" using drugs.So he told us were were suspended until further investigation..all he has is hear say...We told the GM that we would take a drug test to prove it.and he said that, that was not his policy. So i told him that legal steps would be taken. As soon as i told him that he said he would let us take a drug test and if we passed we could come back to work. So, while on our way to take the drug test at the hospital we get a phone call sayin that it was announced at work today that She and I were fired for snorting cocaine in the bathroom. SLANDER???and he told us we were just suspended not fired..so then we call and ask him what that was all about and he appologized and said that it was miscommunication and that he was very sorry..so the day went on and we got 3 other calls sayin that managers were tellin everybody about it...

I've been paying Child suport for 10 years get my kids on the weekend and try i have other children my $ is not the best but i make i guess on the flip side she got married has a huge house and is living well she tell me if i dont give her extra cash she will take me back to court so they can review my $ well this year i made 50 grand and the will raise it i guess but i cant afford it what should i do.

I've heard it said that the point of prison is for criminal rehabilitation. If this is so, why do we sentence people to life sentences without parole? Doesn't that mean they can't be rehabilitated?

If prison is NOT for rehabilitation, then is it just a criminal detainment center? What purpose should it have and why?

Current polls do show citizens want change, if the need for change gets to a peak point and the country wants this change do you think that amercians can put aside gender bias and elect a female President. This is for a paper and please give some valid points that can be used to support either direction. Are we still that gender biases in 2007?

We had a snowstorm last Wednesday, it has now been exactly one week. My landlord came and plowed the Thursday directly following the storm. We are now one week removed, my car has not moved since the storm because it doesn't handle well in the snow and I had been driving my truck. The lease allows for me to have 2 vehicles in the driveway. My landlord towed my car tonight and says he was allowed to because it had not moved in one week and he wanted to finish plowing the areas he couldn't get to last Thursday. Can he do this? Had he just asked I would have gladly moved it. He expects me to pay the towing fee.
