What sites do I go to for blogs about our terrible justice system that rewards criminals and punishes victims of crime? Also, who does children's services answer to other than no-one when they totally mishandle a case?

You are in Canada but you guys have a very similar structure as we do governmental by province. Here, I would contact the Lt. Gov's office of my state to argue both situations...whatever is the equivalent office.
Lt Gov offices handle misuses of any legal proceeding and state ran organizations, as well as, know the outcome of criminal cases.
