Immigration and probably patent law. If you want to make money, learn to speak Spanish and learn immigration law. There's a ton of money to be made there.

The other option is to become a physician then a lawyer.

That depends on where you want to practice. In East Biblebelt, Oklahoma there is not a need for many Patent Lawyers.
I think there is a need for lawyers specializing in Intellectual Properties. But you need to be in a large city.
But you need to get a feel for what you want to do, thats what will make you happy. In any case, the money will be there.
