LOL good luck with that one ! Most school districts have the "Good old boys club" and the superintendant is the top dog. Also the school board has to VOTE the superintendant out. it would be a really hard task. all you can probably do is report them for a wrongdoing ( if thats why u want him/her gone). if you have enough to go off of you could always try to get the local news station involved. getting media invovled could get you more clout for your cause.

You have to convince the school board to fire the superintendent. The school board is locally-elected and it will therefore listen, but it usually sides with the school administration in the end.
