My mom is trying to get custody of her 10 month old niece and 7 year old nephew. They are the state's property, even though my grandmother has custody of them. The kids' mother got her kids taken away for doing drugs. They sent her to rehab, and 2 months later got on cocaine again. They are sending her back to rehab. What are the chances of my mom getting these two kids? Her lawyer has issued a home study, but I'm not sure when the home study will take place. Problem is the kids' lawyer doesn't want them leaving the state, and we live in a different state. But according to law, family gets rights first, before the kids go to foster parents. My grandmother is getting too old to take care of a growing baby and is soon needing to give up these kids. What are the chances of my mom getting these kids if we pass the home study? We have already been to court for these kids once and lost because of the lawyers not wanting the kids out of state. What are my moms chances of getting the kids?

it is not a person it is the railroad and i got stuck on the tracks and there blaming me and i got a tresspasing ticket for it but if it would have been marked i would have turned around and not have got stuckon the track isnt it there job to warn of dangerous hazzards like that cause how am i to know it was private property if they dont post it for the public

If I commit suicide, does the goverment has any right of locking me in a madhouse?... because.. after it is my own life.It is my right to choose what I do with it. It doesn't affect the others. If they lock me..wouldn't that be opression ? that they choose that I continue to live? they would be taking away my rights.

I'm interested in a complete answers. It would be great if it had for example an actual case and legals facts. Thanks.

I have been scammed by this company phones2cell they use to have a website at phones2cell.homestead.com then it was reported by me now they have new site http://www.phones2cell.i8.com/index_1.html but trying to report them. How can I get their email address reported to? Also because I have been scammed by them and not offering no refund what legal action can I take if they live in Hong Kong?
I really want phones2cell nailed and taken down also their email too.
They also had another site www.phones2cell.com but someone reported that too or they closed it.

because recently he gave a speech at knox college and said he is trying to gain support to have the government pick up part of the tab for the auto makers retirees health care..
this is huge money were talking and it should not be up to the taxpayers to pay for this..these problems stem from union negotiations years ago when the unions had the auto industry by the balls and the carmakers made agreements that are hurting them now, basically paying one hell of a lot of money to retirees and paying their health care..
no, maybe ...the unions should be paying, but since the democrats sleep with the unions, obama figures the government should pay...what a joke.!

and always tells the truth about everything, so because she has been in the united states before illegal she told immigration that, thinking it was the best thing, well turns out they plan on giving her a 10 year bar from returning inside the USA we asked INS what to do about the documents they said for her to leave first and when she did this is what they have planned for her, we have been married 6 years now , i can't afford to lose my job to move to her country to live thier ,because later i could not meet the income specks to get a visa petition approved a second time,why do they work so hard to import workers from the south, but build such tall fences to climb over for the wifes of U.S citizens,charge all the paperwork fees let you think all is ok ,and then crush your life, why do they do this to people,are their not laws that protect us from our government misconduct????

I was in an accident in 2004 and am getting sued. I am a stay-at-home mom, with no assets or paychecks. Can they demand that my husband foot the bill if the plaintiff wins? I don't think we qualify for "judgement-proof" if my husband has stocks. But that's how we make a living, the stock market. Can they make him use this money? Mind you, this happened before I even met my husband.

While I was busy at home working on the computer today I heard a bang hitting my window, shards of glass flying all over my computer desk. When I looked up I noticed blood all over the wood, and suddenly noticed something tapping against my foot. When I jumped up surprised, I looked beneath the desk and noticed a raven hopping around on one foot chirping wildly.

I quickly called the animal agency and when they came over they noticed the bird was wearing a tag from the owner living next door which you can see in the following photo as well as the window.

Since he is arab is it normal for people of their culture to own wild birds? Also, can I sue for having him let loose the bird in the first place and for damages?

Also, since he hasn't returned from his vacation, what can I do to take care of the bird who has a broken wing, and a injured talon?

2 - Mary Mahoney - A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in < st1:City w:st="on">Georgetown. The murder happened just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment in the White House.

3 - Vince Foster - Former white House councilor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at Little Rock 's Rose Law firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head, ruled a suicide.

4 - Ron Brown - Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown's skull resembling a gunshot wound. At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors.

5 - C. Victor Raiser II and Montgomery Raiser, Major players in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992.

6 - Paul Tulley - Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock, September 1992... Described by Clinton as a "Dear friend and trusted advisor."

7- Ed Willey - Clinton fund raiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.

8 - Jerry Parks - Head of Clinton's gubernatorial security team in Little Rock . Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection
outside Little Rock . Park's son said his father was building a
dossier on Clinton . He allegedly threatened to reveal this
information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.

9 - James Bunch - Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported
that he had a "Black Book" of people which contained names of
influential people who v isited prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas .

10 - James Wilson - Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to Whitewater.

11- Kathy Ferguson, ex-wife of Arkansas Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead in May 1994, in her living room with a gunshot to her head. It was ruled a suicide even though there were several packed suitcases, as if she were going somewhere. Danny Ferguson was a co-defendant along with Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones lawsuit. Kathy Ferguson was a possible corroborating witness for Paula Jones.

12 - Bill Shelton - Arkansas State Trooper and fiancee of Kathy
Ferguson. Critical of the suicide ruling of his fiancee, he was found dead in June, 1994 of a gunshot wound also ruled a suicide at the grave site of his fiancee.

13 - Gandy Baugh - Attorney for Clinton 's friend Dan Lassater, died by jumping out a window of a tall building January, 1994. His client was a convicted drug distributor.

14 - Florence Martin - Accountant & sub-contractor for the CIA, was related to the Barry Seal Mena Airport drug smugglin g case. He died of three gunshot wounds.

15 - Suzanne Coleman - Reportedly had an affair with Clinton when he was Arkansas Attorney General. Died of a gunshot wound to the back of the head, ruled a suicide. Was pregnant at the time of her death.

16 - Paula Grober - Clinton 's speech interpreter for the deaf from 1978 until her death December 9, 1992. She died in a one car accident.

17 - Danny Casolaro - Investigative reporter. Investigating Mena
Airport and Arkansas Development Finance Authority. He slit his wrists, apparently, in the middle of his investigation.

18 - Paul Wilcher - Attorney investigating corruption at Mena Airport with Casolaro and the 1980 "October Surprise" was found dead on a toilet June 22, 1993 in his Washington DC apartment. Had delivered a report to Janet Reno three weeks before his death.

19 - Jon Parnell Walker - Whitewater investigator for Resolution Trust Corp. Jumped to his death from his Arlington , Virginia apartment balcony August15, 1993. He was investigating the Morgan Guarantee scandal.

20 - Barbara Wise - Commerce Department staffer. Worked closely with Ron Brown and John Huang. Cause of death unknown. Died November 29, 1996. Her bruised, nude body was found locked in her office at the Department of Commerce.

21- Charles Meissner - Assistant Secretary of Commerce who gave John Huang special security clearance, died shortly thereafter in a small plane crash.

22 - Dr. Stanley Heard - Chairman of the National Chiropractic Health Care Advisory Committee, died with his attorney Steve Dickson in a small plane crash. Dr. Heard, in addition to serving on Clinton 's advisory council personally treated Clinton 's mother, stepfather and brother.

23 - Barry Seal - Drug running pilot out of Mena Arkansas , death was no accident.

24 - Johnny Lawhorn Jr. - Mechanic, found a check made out to Bill Clinton in the trunk of a car left at his repair shop. He was found dead after his car had hit a utility pole.

25 - Stanley Huggins - Investigated Madison Guarantee. His death was a purported suicide and his report was never released.

26- Hershell Friday - Attorney and Clinton fund raiser died March 1, 1994 when his plane exploded.

27 - Kevin Ives and Don Henry - Known as "The boys on the track" case. Reports say the boys may have stumbled upon the Mena Arkansas airport drug operation. A controversial case, the initial report of death said, due to falling asleep on railroad tracks. Later reports claim the two boys had been slain before being placed on the tracks. Many linked to the case died before their testimony could come before a Grand Jury.

If Kerry became president and everyone under 30 had to serve for 2 years (military, teaching, at hospital, etc, etc) and someone refused what would happen to him/her? Jail? Kerry had this idea of 2 years of service on his platform back in 04..

Why does a man like Cole Paterson of www.colepaterson.com get away with abuse and using people and taking their money from the frail and ill to make his life important and then turns around and say they deserved what they get from him. then my siblings think that he is being picked on by crazy people when in actual fact he abused these people that way and they just want to know how he can justify it >
He has friends in court and legal profession and he gets away with pure murder inall forms.
Tell me why?
