Well, yeah. I think you answered your own question. If you, as a minor, buy cigarettes--that is against the law. And if you supply cigarettes to another minor, that is another violation of law.

Well, its illegal for you to be smoking if you are underage for one thing. And I think they should buy their own. And plus, smoking makes you smell bad, and your teeth yellow, eww.

If he/she is in Juvie, then yes. Nevermind is it illegal, ask if it's lame. That's a big 10-4. If you have to resort to the USPS for a cig then you have problems......
