It seems no matter what the government offers, Canadian Natives are never happy. What makes every part of the country theirs? Natives were nomadic people, who moved from place to place as necessary for hunting, fishing and weather. Do you think this issue will ever be solved? If so, how?

one of my friends got in trouble with this girl who accused him of stalking (over the phone) and harassment (over the phone) he is a fellow police officer with many years in law enforcement. He has never been in trouble anywhere. What would be better for him when he goes to court? jail or probation for these first time offenses? I don't know what to tell him because I'm not a lawyer... I have law enforcement experience extensively but have never been in trouble. Is there anyone out there who can help us?

One must make peace not war. One must act out of a compassionate heart, not an angry spirit. Listen, The Lord of the universe promotes life and not death. "Thou shalt not kill.' If any man kills his nieghbor, That man is guilty of their nieghbors blood and his punishment is the same as his crime.". What do you think abot these self rightious suicide bombers?

I'm carer (and appointee) for my sister who suffers from severe schizophrenia. I decided to buy the council house which we both live in, along with my mother who also has a dementia/ Alzheimer’s type condition. The mortgage obtained is using the moneys of which the majority came (and is still coming) from benefits/ savings from my sister/mother. I did not put my sister’s name on the mortgage, as her illness may complicate things. The mortgage is in my name and my mother’s. However, it is agreed that my sister will live in the property for the rest of her life, if she wishes. Legally, where do I stand? What do I need to change if anything? (Can you please email me if you are solicitor)

While away on a business trip, my wife gets a letter in the mail from a title loan company that says that I opened a loan and was in default and now they were going to repossess my car. i know that i have never done this at all. I used this place about 2 years ago to only cash an unemployment check that my bank would not cash. I haven't been there since. They tell my wife that she can not resolve the issue and I have to do it in person. So I have to catch the last flight of the day on Friday to come home to resolve this because we only have one car. After about 2 hours of explaining, the supervisor tells me that they used the info on me to give some other guy a title loan that that they didn't have any info of this guy other than his title. They didn't even verify his identity of make him fill out anything. What should I do? I feel that it is identity theft and negligence. What if this guy went and got a copy of my file and used it against me?

I do know that this land has never been surveyed by the local surveyer. And to top it off, it is bluntly noticable that the fencing is all wrong. what to do. My house is on the market.
