or does it only allow searches and seizures with a warrant?

the first answer didnd't seem to be that sure.
The second answer didn't exactly answer what i needed.
I need the interpretation of the amendment, not how it is used nowadays.
i need what the first answer said, except a correct one

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.


To me that means that no searches without a warrant and that no warrants shall be issued without probable cause.
