Being retired and with not much income anyway, besides hating the whole filing thing (being an intrusion on 5th amendment privacy anyway), would a simple relocation work? I am told that just moving to Canada or Mexico that there one is still subject to filing.

Mitigation: Chasing and hounding with a gang formed and designed to intimidate Chelsea fans. Like throwing them in the school fish pond and stealing their scarves.

Called bullying nowadays. Just seemed like local allegiance and bashing up foreigners at the time.

In Detroit and other cities there is high unemployment and poverty. I say that it is because of employers playing government by mandating people have certain school degrees. Our govenment does not even mandate that a person have a High Shool Degree. Why should employers Play government. People can Self-Educate and get the same or more skills as a school. The Government brought down Bill Gates for his Manopoly. To me schools is all about money. Why should it be anybody concern where a person obtain his or her skill? This looks like a Civil Rights violation that employers are doing. It will be the same as discriminating on the bases of color, sex, and religion. It does not make a differents.

My wallet was stolen this morning and I called all my credit card companies and my bank to cancel the accounts. The crooks spent almost $2,000 dollars before I discovered what was going on. The bank and the credit card companies are working with me and say I will not be help responsible for the charges. While that is a relief, I want justice. I want the crooks who stole my cards to get caught and pay for their actions. Does anyone have any experience where the local police actually tried to help in matters like this. Or, are they too busy solving more serious crimes like murders, drug rings etc...? By the way I am near Tampa FL...

Thanks

We often find police force does not respond instantly as we expect in helpless critical condition. In rape cases when police is reported for arresting the culprit, they take time, may be to maintain formalities;but culprit gets chance to escape for this delay. Should n't the police force be more prompt in action?

As we all know pot is illegal in most of the united states. The law is outdated and has never been used the way it was intended (believe it or not it was made illegal to get rid of migrant mexican laborers during the great depression). The question today is should we legalize and control it (this is my choice, it is a good economic decision), decriminalize it (worst thing you can do, puts control in the wrong hands and leaves them completely unchecked), or leave it illegal (this is not working half of america uses it and it has became a neusance law).

My daughter was arrested at age 17 for a minor theft charge. She completed her probation, the case was dismissed, and expunction was granted. It was my understanding that her arrest and everything related to it would be deleted from her record. However, when she applied to rent an apartment and a background check was run, the arrest appeared. She is now trying to apply for a job and they will be running a background check on her.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get this corrected? I don't know which agency is still reporting the incident. I do not want to back to the original attorney. He charged $5,000 for this small shoplifting incident and I shudder to think what he would charge to get this straightened out.

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but the order of expunction was signed by the judge in May 2006 and the apartment was applied for in late October 2006. Everything occurred in Texas.

Thanks for your help!

Is it true that the politicians who advise us on not driving SUVs and changing our life styles because of the global warming are flying in private planes that burn more fuel than you could drive an Hummer H1 for a full year? And that every time they fly in their private jets, it costs us, the tax payers, $300,000?
