A marriage that takes place under duress (that is one or both parties are not williing participents) then in the eyes of the law it is not legally binding and would be subject to annulment whether consumated or not. As far as I am aware this law has not changed.

Are there any. I didn't realize that you could force someone to marry without their consent.
