Phil, there is noting original in their lies, these are made up for them by the likes of Rush Limbaugh and Shawn Hannity. They are just repeating what they have heard on the radio, since most of them are just Easter Sunday Christians they really do not go to church so there is not hope of them ever seeing or telling the truth.

Both sides far left and far right lie and try to propagandize issue to sway the public to their side of any point. That you will get an unbiased opinion from leaders of any movement is simply naive.

These people despite what they tell are:
1. Making loads of money pushing their agendas
2. trying to tell you how to live your life, while most do not follow the lifestyles they preach.

In short the lies are about money and control. Who ever wins get richer and gains control of people who usually blindly believe anything they are told.

To counter the left, which also spews it's own lies. Most people are somewhere in the middle and believe both extremes are full of wack-jobs.

Congratulations you are the first Liberal I have heard to denounce lies even while you lie yourself. By what authority do you demand or tell Christians what we should do? You are not one of us. Is it just your liberal nature showing through that you believe you're smart enough to tell others how to live?
It isn't your place to tell me I should be in church repenting of What?
You are wrong if you think people that believe in God are not entitled to enter the political arena and we have a right to renounce your stupid Liberal ideology.
By the way disagreeing with you is not hate or a lie but agreeing with you is.

Finally, all the hate -mongering, racist, fearful, dogmatic, self righteous people are in church now and the more rational people have a chance to have this forum to discuss real issues instead of superstious ones.

The real question here is...what can rational people do to help the delusional people relax and see reality? What can we do to help people not be so afraid to trust their own brains instead of dittoing what FOX and Rush Limbo brain tells them to think? How can we create more tolorance in the world? How can we help to spread truth to the superstitious masses?

What I know of these folks, they don't believe that their propoganda is lies. They truly believe what they are saying...with great conviction. For the most part.

The danger, for me, is their use of religion as a backstop for all their beliefs. We are at war with a group that uses religion as its fuel for the mission...dangerous to be sure. Why can't we learn from that, and recognize that religious beliefs belong in church and in our actions...not in our politics?

Because they don't view the misinformation as "lies". They actually perceive the vitriolic propaganda that they hear from Fox News as the gospel. The unfortunate thing is they don't seem to hear when it is dispelled.
