By following ways we can get rid of it.

They tell me I can get anywhere from 13 to $30,000 and all I have to do is sign some medical releases. I know for a fact that the drug has had a problem with this side effec that wasn't known when it was released. Is it worth getting involved in, has any one else been in a class action suit?

Ok, here's the story. Five years ago a contract (not filled in or signed) was given to my husband. It was for an agent (sports) to get a specific job for him. He did not get that job or any other job for my husband. Now after five years he wants to say he negotiated two jobs. (not!) Also the papers we received had many mistakes in it. Such as the plaintiffs first name and my husbands last name were in the blank for the defendant. They want him to fill in a paper that that wants his dl number, ss number, cars he owns, bank accounts and numbers, life insurance and more personal information. We have an attorney but the papers still come to us. Shouldn't they go to our attorney first? I told my husband to not fill in anything until the lawyer says to. This is in Alabama so I don't know the laws there but I know those papers wont be filled out. Please help ,should they be filled out and returned just because it says they are from an attorney?

I was suspended at 4pm as my boss thought I lied to her, that night at 11pm she sent an email to the entire sales staff pin pointing one individual but without a name. Email as outline:"It has come to my attention that I have been secretly accused by a member of the sales department of having emails deleted from the company’s server. I apparently have this done on occasions where I want to contract previously sent memos I no longer wish to honor. Let it be known that I am extremely insulted by this accusation. I may very well forget items on occasion but to be accused of such a deceitful act both concerns and disgusts me. Let it be known that I do not have a need to lower myself to such levels. It has always amazed me to hear rumors, gossip or accusations coming from a source that is too sheepish to confront the recipient of such accusations face to face. I have always believed this sort of action to be the design of a an insecure person with the need to somehow dissipate their own

Is the £29.5 million better spent from training council snoops to catch a smoker lighting up a crafty smoke just too anti-democracy?
Is it better to go home smelling of smoke than live in a country of spies? Would allowing this trend to continue it will be other areas in our life being spied apon that could affect us all smokers or not?

Note: Any insulting of smokers I will thumb down. This is a question about the lack of civil protection of freedom.

I do not want the ban lifted, I just think that there should be pubs that allow smoking for those that want to.

My company has has created a position and hired someone that will take over a substantial amount of my responsibilities, they are also eliminating my incentive pay for that position. I am not salaried, but was given the title of Mgr. They are replacing me with a salaried Mgr and leaving me just as line staff employee. It just dosent seem right.

Filled in the forms honestly. This was almost four/five years ago now! I called them up and found that they had stopped my claim back then because my ex was still receiving the child benefit and in their eyes, this meant that I didn't have the children. This wasn't the case at all! I actually had the kids, but didn't think it worth the hassle and the fight to get the book back from my ex. What can I do? They paid me the money over a long course of time and now want me to pay it all back within a week. This is making me ill. No wonder people commit suicide over these as shole government departments. It's just not worth claiming the benefits when they come back after you with a big club afterwards! What can I do? I just want to disappear!

We've all witnessd what's been in domestic news recently (UK and the rest of the world). Murders, mugging, assaults, gang wars, rapes, terrorist attacks and so on so bad.

However, in the UK, a two year old child has recently been found raped and strangled to death in a pool of her own blood, in her own home, by her own uncle.

I'd like to know what the general opinion on what punishment for this... "thing" should be. I know some of you out there approve of capital punishment for certain crimes and others are vehemently opposed (often for good reasons) to the death penalty. This however is not a standard case.

Thoughts and arguments for and against the death penalty in this incidence please.
