Depends on how long ago someone smoked it and what type of test they used. a urine test may show usage within the last several months, depending on the person I suppose, a hair test can go back way farther.
I know just by doing a simple google search, you can find plenty of products that can wash drugs out of your body and hair though. But if your getting tested tomorrow it may be too late!

That's the main one they look for. It will almost definitely show up if you've been smoking on a fairly regular basis. If you smoked one joint in the past few months I wouldn't worry about it though.

If you are legal to use it bring your card to the drug test with you and show them.
If they fire you for being sick, this is a whole other subject....

it depends on what substances are being looked for. certainly canabanoids are one of the most common in drug screenings.
