Yes, of course government organizations and international ones should save people from any kind of slavery. And I would like to mention that Kosovo became a center for drugs smuggling and human trafficking.

Um...yes.
You are dealing with individuals (the children) who, because of their age have limited rights to begin with and, also because of age, have not the experience or the wherewithal to make purposeful and explicit pleas from appropriate agencies. The children then are in need of some sort of advocacy programs generated from the government...though several child advocacy programs are in place they do not have the power, scope and resources a coalition of government agencies would have to battle the exploitation of children.

Yes. They could sanction the countries and they could be more diligent about allowing sex offenders to visit certain countries. I may be wrong, but I understand childhood prostitution is rampant in Thailand.
