i know the texas laws are out of wack, but i have a warrent for writing a hot check when i was 16. if i paid the warrent off would i still have to serve time for writing it or am i off the hook for paying it off?

What's happening is that I'm going in on a trip in June with some people. I've booked rooms for Dallas with my card, and normally the other people give me cash/check to pay for their part of the hotel. Recently I've had people drop out after the "due date" (example, one dropped out only days before we were to leave) and ended up giving the money back even if it hurt everyone else financally for this trip even if I said no refunds.

Well, I want my word to stick, and I was thinking if I wrote up a sort of contract and use a recipt book (which I already have) it would help. The thing is is that I don't know if it will stick legally is I write it. Would I need a lawyer? I don't really want to use one considering it's not a really extreme amount of cash.

So if I made one myself, would it stick legally? If so, would I need witnesses or anything?

i think it's much worse saving the life of the baby but not giving him a life that he deserves.

i got a check from an online game deposited the check waited two days checked my ballance it was there i withdrew it spent it . two days later the bank calls and said it was a bogus check an d i commited fraud. isnt the bank suposed to verfy the funds pryor to crediting my account. did i commit fraud?

My ex and I have a duaghter together which i take care of. We have an agreement that he is supposed to pay me 100.00 every two weeks for child supoort. He has not been paying all off it and is behind 155. I've asked him to sign a piece of paper saying that he would pay 100 every two weeks and he could have her every other week end. He won't do that because of his work he can't get every other weekend off. I made a new agreement up that he pays 100 every two weeks and he can have her one day every week. This way it will work with his schedule at work. He said he has to think about it.
I don't know what else to do other than to go to child enforcement, I just don't want too because I know they would take a lot more than 100. every two weeks from him and I know he needs money too live on. What should I do?

I'm currently the caretaker for both my Great-Grandmother and my Grandfather. How do I go about getting Power of Attorny. I currently handle there bills, thier financial documents, and medial info.visits. However my Grandfather has fallen really i'll recently and he is the Power of Attorny for my Great Grand-Mother and himself. It was he plan to give me power of attorny of both him and his mother, we even got the papers, but it kept getting put off. Both him and my grandmother have been sick off and on. How do I go about gettiing P.O.A. if get to the point where he's to sick to sign documents, or he's in the hospital. I usually help him pay the bills but im going to need to authority to pay if he ends up in the hospital as well as become the legal authority for medical purposes.

be willing to do a dna test and have it put in a national (worldwide ) database.? What would be the preferred execution method ? and How long would you let the prisoner be on `death row` before appeals were refused ? How much proof would be required ? and would DNA be sufficient for you?
