Hey I have a particular Business 'Idea' ....
Well if given the right talent and the equipments I need ...Then I can make my Idea Work ...But ain't sure that will sell ... ;o)
Anyways ... What I really wanna know is that...
Can I patent such 'Idea' ...Without giving the Technical Details ???
Do I need to show the working of the 'Idea' and patent the so called 'Technical Stuff' ??? If so where are the patent office in India ..
How much do they charge ...

Talk to a business atty immediately they will know what to do. I hope this idea didn't occur at work and is related to that work, because your company may claim it as work product.
