Can i fit a 7ft pool table in a room 16ft by 9ft? are shortened cues the answer? how do leg levellers work?

I am building a games room for a pool table and I reckon on at least 3ft either side of the table. You might struggle with the width.
Leg levellers just screw up and down on a thread to achieve level.

yes just, leg levellers screw up or down to level the table.
