Everytime I call them with a question, or go there, the people are always so ROTTEN. They are getting paid to do a job but they get so angry when you (politely) ask them to do it. I want to write a complaint to someone!

Honestly, I think if you are under 50 and you smoke, its your own dam fault. You die cancer, you made a stupid choice and are suffering consequences. I think every package cigarates should have a waiver to be signed.

I understand that what I'm doing is probably going to kill me early and that I will be saving society money by dying before I reach 70, even tho my last 5 years will be really expensive. I freely choose to smoke.

The original debt was a credit card (limit $500.00) that due to late and slow/missed payment resulted in a debt of $1078.00. The original company charged off the debt in May/Jun 2005. I am now being taken to court by who purchased the debt from the credidt card company. I live in Kentucky. It is my understanding that they cannot do this.

Our local union has taken it upon themselves to change pharmacist tour duties. No one within the facility has complained and we have union and non-union memembers that do not want the union to change our tour. Can the union legally demand my tour of duty to change?

My daughter and I live on MY disability only. Her dad doesn't even pay Child Support.
I live in Oregon and I'm get Social Security and S.S.I. Can they take that? Can they take my car or tribal revenue checks?
What if I do nothing and they win, what rights do they have then?

my father purchased a property several years ago but to avoid my mother finding out as they were going through divorce, he put it in partners name, and subsequently registered a class F with the land charges, He has since died, can i claim the Class F be transferred to my name? or does it die with him, and do i have any right to the property?

I bought a 2004 intrepid at Gateway chevy, and my credit wasnt that great, and I refused to have a cosigner so the sales man said that was ok but did I know anyone that could sign a waiver that would up my fica score from 500 to 700 points in order to get the 5.9% financing. I said yeah my mom would. well when the salesman met with my mom in the hospital, drugged up also from medication, and she is also 83 years old, he got her to cosign for the loan. I didnt know this until 2 months later when i was arrested at my moms house for criminal tresspass when I was living there for 2 months. the alsip police towed my new car back to the dealers and I was placed in jail for 5 months, due to criminal tresspass, and they were also looking to file an idenity charge on me but it never happened. my neice who also lived in my moms house, was the one who filed the charge of criminal tresspass. I lost my Job, my car, all my furniture that I had in storage from the sale of my home. how long do I have.

Am I the only one out here that is insensed when rappers and movie stars commit violent felonies, or carrying guns or any of the potentially chargeable offenses that would incarcerate the regular person, and get NO JAIL TIME!
I read today that Busta Rhymes has been arrested Again...for beating people up...again. And Snoop arrested many times for guns and drugs...so,...,
What's up with that? Others beat up their poor helpless maids (immigrant maids that is).The legal system chooses? which people are prosecuted for the same violent crimes? Does anyone know the specific constitutional law that is broken by our Judicial Branch when State's Prosecutors show favoritism and partiality in performing their jobs?
What can be done to correct it?

hi i was recently awarded some money in a court order by a judge the people in question were told to pay me before the 13th of dec i am still waiting i been informed by my solicitor he has wrote to them telling them they are in breach of the order how long do you think i should wait and will i have to go through the whole process again to claim.should i be pushing my solicitor to deal with it now or sit back and see what happens
