The whole thing does not make any sense !

Anyway, when it comes to a lottery claim, just read the instructions on the back !

It's a scam - find the address and telephone number of your local Trading Standards Department in the phone book (they are part of your local council) and report it to them.

Additionally you should contact the ISP of the person who sent the email (Yahoo for example) and forward the email to them as they should suspend the address from which it came, and possibly report the sender to local law enforcement agencies.

Don't, whatever you do, send them money, or any details by which you can be identified.

Yahoo! is not based in the UK, and so far does not do lotteries. This is a scam designed to get your banking information from you. Every time you get one of these e-mails just click the spam button.
