Being called names,ethical slurs etc.sneaking aruond my propertie and house?

Unable to go in my own backyard without being called Names.Ethnic slurs.Sexual explicit mail he pickedup.and recopied and throw on my property.for the last six month.Is there anybody in the legal system who can protect us from Preditor.like this?

First of all, if you have not already done so, keep all info the dirtbag is throwing onto your yard,(pick it up with tongs or a pair of plyers and put it in a zip lock bag, that way the cops can get his fingerprints off it) buy a cheap security camera at Sams Club, they have a nice color night vision, wireless camera that also has a motion detector. It sends a signal to your TV which you could then record your ****** neighbors action with a VCR. THe camera is less than $100 and if I could set it up I am sure you could. OR If you have a regular video camera, set it up somewhere in your yard out of obvious view, hang out in your yard and wait for the prick to come out, harrass you, making sure this all takes place in camera range. Then calmly go inside, call the police and make his life Hell. Do you own your home? does he own his? If he owns his, sue his *** for harassment, emotional destress, loss of use of your property, and if the racial slurs are real bad and you have witnesses and he implied some sort of threat to you. Go for the balls and call the Feds and have him nailed for violating the Civil Rights act of 1963. I know how you feel with the exception of the racial slurs. I am white and live in an predominanty white upper middle class neighborhood and to be honest, I enjoy a good racial joke but NOBODY should have racial crap thrown in their face day in and day out or at all for that matter. I have many friends of "color" who tell white jokes and we laugh, but the difference is you are being harrassed because of your skin and that flat out sucks. Perk up, play the game and have fun nailing this lowlife, who I am assumming is a white, pickup driving, NASCAR loving, Bud swilling, wife beating, Redneck with an IQ in the range of normal room temperature. Remeber: Revenge is a dish best served cold, don't respond just quietly seek your revenge and then when justice is served sit back and gloat a bit. Good Luck.

One more thing, if you happen to live in Florida, and he comes onto your property and your generally fear your are in imminent harm or fear for your life, Florida law allows you to shoot him on the spot. That pretty much clears up the problem ASAP!

i'm worrying on what is going to happen to David Haye whilst those 2 combat. Yes. You can get a restraining order against him. Please do, because as long as you permit it, he thinks you like it. Guys like that are not real rational, you know. Call the police department or sheriff's office and ask how you go about getting a restraining order.
