I am a man and I belive children should not be taken from their moyhers I belive men have some writes but In domestic violence the mother should have all right and all authority and I belive the father is who ever the mother wants to be please I want to right a law all mothers want and one that would help them in responding to my message please be subjective

*scratches head* I can barely understand what you have written. I understand if English is your 2nd language... But English is my 3rd language and I've learnt how to spell just fine.

Right, you are asking what kind of technical jargong you should use- I expect you are writing the law in English.

"A child is on the sole parentage of the mother, unless the mother decides otherwise, and any shared responsibilities/rights in regards to the child are subject to the mother's approval.
However, a man, who is considered by the mother to be a father, has some rights."

Though I don't know if you really want a law like that. it would amount to slavery of any male a mother deigns do designate as a father. I believe that a father has equal rights to the children as the mother.

You have state legislators and congress people to do that. Write to them and ask them to write a law.
