In my state, an unmarried father has no custody rights until he goes to court and files for custody. So if he and the mother break up, he has to go to court to get visitation rights established. The mother is considered to have full legal and physical custody unless and until he takes her to court. Thus he is dependent upon her whims as to whether or not he gets to see his kid. If he demands to see his kid, she can call the cops on him.
Do you think this is right, and why or why not?
(Also keep in mind that he is obligated from day one to pay child support!)

I advertised my puppies on the internet for sale, I had some people that wanted them but I had to wait for the money got here then send the pup out. when I got the bankdraft it was for the pup and shipping plus western union charges. I was to cash it, go to western union send the bal. to the currior and pay w.u. charges out of it. It was drawn on a credit union, that didn't have bankdrafts and if I had cashed it I would have been out ALOT of money It would have had to come out of my account since it was not a real bankdraft So I want everyone who may be selling things on line to WATCH for this. also where do I go to report this for justice!!!!!!

My kids have always lived with me. Their biological father and I were never married or living together, and he only sees them a couple of times a year. He makes no effort to see them..his family does. But he'll defend to the death his "rights" as a parent. It's all about control.
To be frank, I don't think he deserves any rights, and I want them taken away. I know he smokes marijuana and drinks. When I knew him he used to steal things from the local store. And right now he's in jail for 30 days for not paying child support.
My question is, if I was going to try to have ALL his rights taken away, would the prison sentence alone be enough to make him "unfit" in a judge's eyes? Or would I have to hire a PI to prove the drug use and other things as well?

And you are never paid nor could you afford to hire a lawyer to go up against the State regarding money that I have never recieved from child support and they claim that the tax intercept does not exist from the HRS and their has been three audits on my case and all three are wrong and they claim they owe me nothing, and that the intercept does not exist ,when in fact if it didnt exist then How is it that I have the proof ,and through the years we have had to do without because of their screw ups.I just wonder how many other single parents have they done this too here in the United States. This is in regards of an injured spousal claim! Thank you for taking the time to read this.

people say plead guilty! im not a fool! im only a fool for putting my self in this postion. if any of you thought you could get out of trouble, wouldnt you try to get out of it if you could? the fact of the matter is if for example: if you dont do your job right. what happens? you get into trouble . so if you get into truoble with the law, why shouldnt the people in law enforcement have to follow there own guidelines? if the the people in law follow the guidelines set fourth, then people wouldnt need lawyers to get them out of trouble to begin with.they have jobs that require them to follow certian guidelines as well. if they mess up, you can damm well count on most people fighting back.no one is gonna just lie there and say im guilty. if you do then you are a fool.

I am a RN working in a hospital. During overnight duty, my colleague had adminstered a dangerous drug while I was away, which supposed to have 2 RN's signature. When I came back, my colleague just asked me to sign. Unfortunately it was found later that he had given the wrong drug. The patient is fine and not going for lawsuit. It turned out that we both will be given written warning from the hospital and will be filed in our personel record. It's unfair coz I wasn't there and he could have find me to check with him. How and what points should I bring about my appeal case?

3. Training certificate and scores for the officer on radar usage

Would this request be made to the state patrol office or the county court office where the hearing is to be held?

in my student handbook it is printed "use of tape recorders and other recording devices are encouraged to enhance your learning experience" when my instructed saw that i was tape recording the classes she reported me and said i needed her permission to record her voice and she will not give me permission to do it and that if i do its a violation of her rights. the concern she brought to the director was that i may be recording private conversions of my classmates, but if it is expected for students to use a recorder why should my instructor have a problem with it, mind you the class is not conducted in a matter that most educational classes are and i believe she fears exposure to her methods as an instructor and she is known to have a history of problems with students because of her attitude and the way she talks to people.

How do NeoConservative Christians explain the grotesque hypocrisy of George W Bush's claim to be a "born-again" Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ, (who loved mankind so much he wouldn't lift a finger to defend himself from even the most unscrupulous and ignoble of deaths), with his preemptive war on a supposedly sovereign, third world nation that has resulted in the death of over 600,000 men, women, and children?

Isn't one of the Ten Commandments "Thou shalt not kill"? Do NeoCons actually think Jesus would ignore his own personal values, let alone his "commandments," under the ruse of "national security"?

He's a convicted liar and fraudster and yet still retains the title as Sir Jeffrey Archer? And yet an OBE was stripped from some boxer a few weeks ago because he had a conviction for car speeding.
So why is Jeffrey still hanging on to his title? Should he have it removed and be ineligible for the House of Lords?
Is it possible he might have some information on politicians' private lives and they're scared of him in case of blackmail - what do you think?
