My son is 21+, born in the state of Hawaii. His biological father has never paid child support. Is it too late for me to file and get back/overdue support.

I guesss due to the holiday my rent payment was received late. I reveied a very treatening letter that was laid out in a way that seams as if I was being sued ( It said IMT vs plaintiff & my name). It also stated that if I did not pay my rent I would need to move out with in 3 days. Not only did I feel I was being wronfully sued but I also felt as if I was being kicked out.
I don't bother anyone in the building, I'm not noisy, follow all the rules & have never been late with my rent and I don't feel that after a few DAYS late i should be receiving a letter like this. A friendly reminder is one thing, I can even understand a late fee but a treatening letter?
Are they allowed to do this to tenants?

At first it sounds outrageous - obviously if you spill hot coffee on yourself, you are to blame. But then I read the details of the case. For example, the coffee was so hot that she received some BAD burns. She had to get skin grafts! And McDonald's KNEW that their coffee was at a dangerously hot temperature - hotter than most other places keep their coffee. But they hadn't done anything to correct the problem because they make more money by selling hotter coffee.

A politicised judiciary is one who engages in actively striking down unconstititional legislation; questioning acts of parliament etc etc.
Does it in any way affect democracy as we know it.. or does it enhance democracy albeit by violating some standards of it.

I have just watched BBC news where 2 dog owners have been found guilty for letting their dog get too fat. I think there are plenty of parents of huge children who would be more deserving of their day in court.

Ok, women have the right to terminate a pregnancy; they have the right to have the child adopted; they have the right to leave the baby at a "safe haven" location and walk away, no questions asked. Shouldn't men have the right to legally deny parenthood as women have to physically deny it?

The governor of Idaho is going to order for wolves to be killed.

This beautiful, majestic animals are typically shy creatures who only attacked when threatened and cornered, and are much faster to run away than attack.

:( Wolves are my favorite animals. Anyone else out there say we protest?

I was never written up previously for my performance, yet, last night I was fired on the spot? My employer said it was due to performance???And I live in one of their properties, once they fired me I was told I had to move out in 45 days??? Never had a lease violation, always paid my rent on time, no resident complaints, aside from the fact that I will seek out an attorney, are you entitled to unused vacation/sick days??? The year just started, however, am I not supposed to get those unused days payed out to me.

Im in an on going case that involves a gun. The D.A. says that the gun has at least 7 murders on it and it is stolen. At first I was supposed to receive around a year for possession plus the fact that I have been a registered gang member for a few years and the gang injunction is very strict in Ventura County. But now they are saying that the gun has “heads” on it and they want to give me way worse sentances. Im only 17… is there anyway that I can get out of those charges? O and im being tried as and adult due to the fact of prior weapon charges and the severity of the crime… I am not incarcerated at the moment.

Here is a list of black on white crime-

http://www.freeyourmindproductions.com/sampler/hatecrimes.shtml

Many of these crimes aren't prosecuted, or are not prosecuted as hate crimes. Can anyone find a similar list of white-on-black crime? The DOJ reports that almost 90 percent of racial crimes are committed by blacks against whites.

(There is a case of Melissa McLaughlin who was raped, skinned alive, then left to sit and die in a vat of bleach by four black men. Think about that)

My sister is in a terrible mess and she reached out to us (family) for help. I need information on this topic if any one has it. The IRS attached her bank account and all her outstanding checks were returned from the bank. She had this very small check that was turned over to the bad check restitution dept which is handled by the L.A. Dist Attorneys office. she called and tried to make arrangements to pay it and she explained the case worker she wasnt working and she is trying to borrowing money from everyone and she doesnt know when she can pay this, well the case worker didnt really care said she needed to get this money in or other things will happen, the "other things" were not explained and now my sister is a mess. Does anyone know about how this program works? is there anything she can do to get more time? Anyone PLEASE HELP.

Thanks!

Today I saw the above expression in what I thought was a notable publication, as a male, I was not impressed with the words, It went on to state that women attempting to achieve equality with their male counterparts, and the "quote" 'stupid legislation to assist them', was a major cause in the decline of British business on the world stage. It went on to state that if the only way that women could achieve this equality of status was by having laws passed to help them, was it then a "flat playing field" for the males and has the equality law become biased against the male?

Your views please.
