I don't know where there are any web resources on mooting, but I coach a moot team. There are two facets to a moot argument: substance and style.

Substance: The most important thing is to be prepared. Know the material inside and out, read the cases, be able to distinguish the bad cases. Have a theme: what is the case really about - why should you win - develop that and focus on proving that for your argument. You should be able to summarize why you should win in one or two sentences. Practice with other people before the moot. Anticipate questions the panel will ask you and prepare concise responses. Don't let the panel steer you away from making your argument, try to bring it back to the good points you wanted to make.

Style: have an opening, provide a roadmap to your argument and signpost (let the panel know when you are moving on to your next point) and conclude. Speak slowly, almost to the point of feeling like you are talking too slowly (believe me you aren't). Always stop what you are saying when someone from the panel begins to ask a question - even if it is when you are in the middle of a word. Keep your hands above the table and use them to punctuate your points, but don't use them too much. Practice your argument in front of the mirror and in front of lay people - do the laypeople understand your argument? If so, you are presenting clearly enough.

Relax and have fun - if you are enjoying yourself, the panel will too and it will show in your scores. Good luck!
