What did they say that you did negligent?

It was the worst day. I ran a daycare, one little girl started to be a biter when I was in the restroom. I hear a no, no, no. but no screaming and no crying, so I ran down to see what was going on. One little girl used the other little girl's arm like a corn on the cob, biting it in several places. I had to institute a biting clause in my contract. I was told I was going to be sued and I had better let little biter go find another daycare.
My decision was to have both mom's sit and talk about it- that did not work- I was still threatened. I decided to let the mom making the threats go instead of have her force me to let little biter go. Little biter grew up and was over at my house this weekend- we still have a great relationship. She said she would love to tell the other little girl she was sorry for what she did, even though she does not remember why she bit- she was 2 at the time. The other mom never sued.

I pooped my pants once. They didn't sue me though.
