Why not call your local legal aid society, or else the Landlord-Tenant Branch of the local courts and ask what the procedure is and the usual time frame? A lot depends on the court's backlog at any given time.

You may be in a special case, because you say you have a land contract, so I'm not sure if you would be treated as a tenant in default (which is one set of procedures) or a buyer in mortgage default (which is another set of procedures, maybe even foreclosure).

Usually it's a thirty day notice by the landlord. Check with the Salvation Army in your area, they may be able to provide cash help for rent.

30 days, but if they really want you gone, they can do it in 10.
