>i am left handed and sick of all the inventions out there that are only for right handers. if this is a country of equality, part of equality should be makeing sure all of us are equally safe. so many left handers die when they use equiptment made for right handers only. there is no reason good enough to only make stuff for right handers.

More specifically, is it relevant in a domestic murder trial? A friend and I argued its relevancy throughout all of English class today. I personally believe that whether it should be relevant or not is an entirely different, relative notion. Nonetheless, denying its relevance is witholding information. Fearing prejudice and compulsive decisions based on any given information is bigotry all in its own. I believe that although a person's environment, upbringing, and domestic life must be taken into consideration, it should not bear much weight seeing as moral credit must be given according to the individual’s own merit.

Thoughts? Opinions?

They are here because we U.S. citizens routinely break the law by hiring them to provide us with services and goods. And ignore the "mutuality illegality" of our relationship and just want to point the finger at them!

So how in the hell can we complain that they are here?

We wanted them here, offered them work, took their work, paid for their labor, looked the other way at the law, and so did they!

So what's the beef USA?

You asked for it, wanted it, paid for it, and you got it!

Cheap off the books labor. Now shut up about it already.

Both law-breakers are committing "Illegal" acts. Both acts are seldom faced with enforcement and are for the most part, de-facto condoned by society and law enforcement.

Aliens seldom cause direct life-threatening harm to civilians, but speeders often do.

Which law-breaker causes more harm in society.

Personally, I'd rather have an illegal raking up leaves down my block than a speeder whizzing by while my kids are out playing.

Im a 27 year old guy from MT and I've seen quite an increase in the enforcement of underage drinking laws here. When I was 18 there really wasn't any. Most of it came after some idiots got killed drinking and driving after a home comming game. DARE took the issue and ran with it. Why punish everyone because of the actions of a few? Why not just increase the drinking and driving laws? Before, all ages would come together and socialize at parties, around bonfires with a sort of mutual respect. The 18-20 kids would learn from hanging out with the older kids. I was introduced to "good beer" and moderation. Everyone was free and got respect. Now the over 21 kids dont hang out with the younger kids because they're worried about "contributing to a minor". The younger kids get together and binge drink as a main activity locked up in an apartment. They cant go to listen to music at the bars or be as social as before. They seem edgy and less mature now. The sense of community seems much less.

My friends' child was taken from the hospital, into custody by the Department of Human Services, within 24 hrs after birth. The child was said to have been exposed to "amphetamines" during pregnancy by results of meconium testing. The father is trying to gain custody and needs help to better understanding his parental rights.

My two children have lived with me for the last four years and not even seen their father. They haven't lived with him in the last four years or even seen him once.

In our divorce it did say that he could claim the children every other year on taxes....but that was wrote because we were suppose to share joint custody and he would be seeing the kids just as much as me.

Shouldn't the fact that they haven't lived with or even seen him in four years disqualify this????? What bull**it if he can claim them when he hasn't even been in their life for four years.

Do you think I could claim them and then use the extra $$ I get to go to court to file for full custody and get the income tax thing revised....& child support raised.

Ok,my dad was having trouble with his house payments and was ashamed to tell me.Well he lives on a lake and the house is worth around $90,000. He owes around $40,000.My sneaky cousin and his wife who is an assistant manager at a bank got him to sign a paper that promises he will sell it to them for $40,000 and my dad will get nothing left and they can sell it for almost double that.Is there any my dad can get out of it since he only signed it in front of them?I wasn't sure if there were more final papers to sign since they didn't go thru a realtor but the papers did say he promised to sell to them.I yelled at him and said at least if I or his good friends would of bought it we would give him most of the extra money we made to him.Is there any point of me getting a lawyer for him?He isn't very good at understanding any of this and has a lot of pride so now I'm trying to help him out of this.Do I have a chance to help him or is it too late?I want to save his house.

I am moving in with my mom for the remainder of my senior year. I am only 17. My mom is way behind in her child support because she has been going through some hard times and couldnt afford it. My dad still has custody of me and for some reason wants me to live with my mother (i think it has to do with my step mom). So now that im going to live with my mother, does my dad have to pay child support?? he says he is not going to because my mom is way behind, but does that affect it?? If you guys could give me some advise and maybe a websiteso i have some solid evidance i would be very grateful... Thanks

Can a store deny to serve you based on the type of credit card you are using?

In the state of PA, I get an EPPI Card for Alimony. I have been denied using this card to make a certain purchase. If the signs all say they take Master Card (which this card is) can they honestly tell me they will not let me make my purchase using this card?

Ive reposted due to self elected experts assuming they know.

Given the USA is still "to date" a "colony" of Britain, subject to the laws of the UK, Removing "Habeas corpus" undermines the foundation of British law ( Magna Charta, clause 39) Neo cronies awarded the title of "Sir" under a Republic confirm this as fact. Therefore making it illegal, unlawful, a felony if not a "treasonable" offense. The USA still remains a colony in antebellum and answerable to the UK Crown. Views please?
Well i see a few smart arses have tried and failed to answer, keep it coming guys

I repeat for those that don't comprehend English section 39 is directly related to habeas corpus.

I am amazed at all these so called experts that don't comprehend the severity of the question asked, let alone understand the consequences of a state in antibellum.

How thick and moronic can you get. Under UK law , you need to study Medicine in order to call yourself a Doctor or Nurse. The police, presumably, have a degree in law and this why they avoid crimes that never happened.
