By law a woman can choose to abort or have a child. With no input from the father of said child. By law, the man must pay for said child if delivered (child support). Why can a man NOT be asked if he wants to keep a child subject to abortion, before allowing the abortion to proceed. Where are the mans rights when it comes to parenting??

I am a student but I do freelance translating on the side. I worked on this book for a long time (about 8 months) and when it was over, they paid me but still owe me $300. I could really use this money! Plus they OWE me! I keep asking for it and threatening things but I don't know what I can legally do. Is contacting the publisher of the book a good idea? What would I say? Thanks so much!

this forum to force answers that suit them and if someone posts a honest answer that the don't like FALSLY AND MALISIOUSLY report the answer so the can cause a honest point of view to go unheard ? Are they brainwashed or are they part of a conspirisy to deny us of our constutitional right to free speech ? I answered the question ' DO YOU FEEL THAT bUSH SHOULD BE IMPEACHED FOR HIS ACTIONS WHILE PRESIDENT " my answer was simple straightforward and easy to understand . It was NOT phrased as a threat or anthing except opinion which I am intitiled to state verbally our in any media under the constutition of the United States ARTICLE 1 THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO FREE SPEECH SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED ... this is a GARANTEED AS WELL AS NECESSARY RIGHT TO BE HEARD SO OUR REPRESENTIVES ( not masters yet ) in DC know and can therefore represent or wishes NOT THEIR OWN INTERESTS my answer was as follows " impeached , TRIED , and hanged " this would be a legal action taken by THE PEOPLE NOT a threat

Does a co-signer of a home who has not ever made a single payment for the life of the loan have the rights to share the profits with the primary loan holders who have been making all payments, (with cancelled checks as proof) when the home gets sold. And if he is entitled to some of the profits, what percentage would he get? Also, What can be done if a cosigner refuses to be removed from the loan because he wants to profit off of a home that he has never paid a cent on?

my father died 20 years ago. The cause of death was from the place he was employed. He worked with chemicals and had a large cut and the chemicals may have gotten into his bloodstream. I was very young when this happened and ever since I got older I cant stop thinking about how the company was liable for the death. my mother got no compensation for the death and she will have nothing to do with this because she cant deal with it. The company recently closed down. I am just wondering if I am wasting my time with this or if this company still owes us 4 kids that were left with out a dad. Where do I start? Has it been too long to talk to an attorney about if the company was liable?

Mind you, a good 80% of USA houses built in the last 20 years would have to go down.

Would you be willing to donate the illegal labor cost-savings to your local construction/builders trades unions?

Just curious about all the illegal alien outrage these days. As oppose to those days. When you got yours on the cheap.

My Dad has a small business. He has an employee working for him who is mediocore at best.Today he heard this guy saying that company policies were "ridiculous and crazy" My Dad can be a bit hotheaded, and really cussed the guy out, but in private in his office. No one else heard it. (my Dad told me later what happened)The employee has tried to get bossy, even though he is not a manager, on a few occasions before, and today my dad finally just got sick of it.The employee also took it upon himself to delete things from the computer without asking last week. I stopped by the office at the end of the day..the guy was muttering something about suing for harassment or bullying as he was leaving. Is reprimanding an employee for poor attitude and performance bullying? What will happen if this guy talks to a lawyer? Should he get rid of this guy? Would an atty take the case? My Dad has had to yell at him before for different things. This guy is the first out the door every day.

If the US House of Representatives can vote to impeach a president for lying to a grand jury about an affair while in office (Bill Clinton), why is it that Republicans are against impeaching George Bush for a far greater impropriety - getting us into an offensive war with at least half a dozen varying justifications?

It's not that I support impeaching GWB, and I understand that Nancy Pelosi has said she won't push for impeachment. At the time of the Clinton impeachment, historians warned the Republicans against the impeachment on such flimsy wrongdoing.
Nonetheless, how do those who support GWB square the two presidents' actions in their heads?

We have the constitutional right to have any type of gun we want. as gun ownership goes up, violent crime goes down. Mayor Daley is a freakin' idiot when it comes to firearms ownership. He doesn't know diddly squat when it comes to guns, heritage, and family tradition. Guns are an important part of my family's outdoor nature and we should have the right to carry concealed firearms in the state of Illinois and everywhere else. Maybe someone would finally shoot Mayor Daley and get a Republican mayor in there who would put things into order. There is no point in keeping our gun control laws and tightening them further. The criminals are still going to get the guns and AK-47s anyway. We also need to get Governor Blagojebitch out of office too. GUNS SAVE LIVES!
