Unfortunately I don't think you have any rights in that regard. It bites since the child is also the mans offspring.
I could be wrong about this though.
Women need to take responsibility for birth control as well. After all, it IS ther body as pro-abortionists would say.

Difficult question. There is no compromise in abortion, this isn't a topic you can reach an agreement to satisfy both parties. If the woman wants an abortion but the man doesn't, what is he going to do? Force her not to by tying or locking her in a room? The woman will just find a way. When that child is born it deserves to have both parents and it will only affect the baby by having a parent reject him. It is a sticky situation but this is the harsh reality.

It is unfortunate that men have much less power when it comes to reproductive rights. However, I do not think a man should have a say in whether a woman should be allowed to abort an unwanted pregnancy. Why? Because the woman is the one who will have to actually experience the pregnancy. It's her body, she gets to decide what she will do with it, and what will happen to it. Women are not incubators.

To Philip - you're one sick individual. You must have been on drugs when you did your answer.
Now to your question. I believe in the right to choose, unfortunately men get the short end of the stick. A friend of mine is going through this as we speak. He didn't have any choice, she forbid him to be a part of her prenancy and he doesn't even know if he will be able to see the child. But, I bet she'll be after him for child support. It's not right.

the judge almost always sees the womans side before the mans anyway. that is a very good question.
you have all the right to ask such a question!!
in answer to your question you have the right to voice your opinion in such case.
when it comes to parenting you have the right to voice your opinion!!
lot of men do not they let the lady have the say so which is wrong in the first placeand should never happen the first place.
so voice your opinion!!!! you do have the right to do so,

You are, in effect, asking for new law to be made. Write to your state legislature.
