Try care2.com they have many petitions that you can sign on tons of different subjects and you can also start your own petition.

you type it up, and make a spreadsheet with fields for name, address, and any other info (including special comments) you then take to the street with a clipboard. enlist others to help, and compile all of the sheets into a big collection at the end, and send it (or delver it in person) to the person it's intended for.

you can type it up on your computer using word perfect and print it off you would only have to type the cover page

start an e-mail pettition or write it out urself. either way u can lots of signatures!
