I run a web site using Yahoo! Merchant solutions that does a good job tracking the page views in real-time. Today at 2:40 PM Pacific time, I had 125 page views according to Yahoo! However, Google Adwords campaign Manager is charging me for 440 clicks. Assuming all the page views came from Google, I am being shorted 315 paid clicks. That is fraud!

My question is Google able to manipulate its earnings through click fraud? Google’s stock price closed on 11-25-2006 at $505.00 per share that remains me of the Internet bubble in the late 90’s that crashed and burned.

Since Google’s main source of income is Adwords and the stock price of a company is set by the revenues, could Google allow the same fraud that can be seen in their Adsense model also take place in Adwords.

FYI about Adsense Fraud. The way it works is someone sets up a Web site with a keyword, say “carrot juice” and puts minimal text that says something about carrot juice, recipes, etc. They then surround the text content with Adwords and when the visitor clicks on a link from a shared link site or an organic search result, the owner of the site gets half the bid price from the Adwords ad.

To see how it really works go to http://www.carrotjuice.com and you can see that someone is actually doing it. However, please, do not click on any ad.

I live in a home and the man in the apartment complex across the street from me has a video camera pointed directly at the back of my home. It appears from the angle the camera is mounted on, he is shooting directly into my kitchen. I have had some issues with this man (I have NO clue who he is, the cops will not release his name to me) complaining about my dogs. However he has complained at times I was at work and the dogs were indoors. I have no clue what or why he is doing this. I do not know how long this has been going on, I heard about the camera but only had a visual confirm of it this morning. It gives me the creeps. What should I do????

Mother has life estate. Mother is terminally ill and is living with disgruntled sister in another county away from the property now for months. I am the sole remainder to the property in which my mother has life estate. My concern is if my sister becomes power of attorney over my mother - can she (my sister) do anything with the property...it is my understanding that she could if it were flat out my mother's property but this is property that I owned in the first place and I gave my mother life estate there with a reversion back to me...so can she do anything with this temporary interest of my mothers? IF ANY OF YOU KNOW ANY GOOD SOURCES OF INFORMATION FOR THIS KIND OF PROBLEM PLEASE POINT ME IN THAT DIRECTION...BOOKS, WEBSITES, ECT....

The mother of my boyfriends child agreed to let him pick the child up from her state and bring him to Texas for good. There is no court order or written agreement and now she claims she wants the child back. He went and filed for a child support on her a few weeks ago because she was saying he'd never see the child again once he came back. My question is I've heard that if there is no court order that whoever has possession of the child has custody at that time. Will the courts recognize this notion. Any legal aids advice please help. She has threatned to file but we believe we filed first.

my brother is studying a law case at the moment where a woman claims she was under the age of consent for her partaking in lesbian sex, the woman she is accusing is the same age however. male gays have to be 18 for consenting gay sex i believe (or 16 not sure) yet there seems to be no law stating the age for legal lesbian sex. is this true?

Outgoing Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld authorized the mistreatment of detainees at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, the prison's former U.S. commander said in an interview on Saturday.
Former U.S. Army Brigadier General Janis Karpinski told Spain's El Pais newspaper she had seen a letter apparently signed by Rumsfeld which allowed civilian contractors to use techniques such as sleep deprivation during interrogation.
Karpinski, who ran the prison until early 2004, said she saw a memorandum signed by Rumsfeld detailing the use of harsh interrogation methods.
"The handwritten signature was above his printed name and in the same handwriting in the margin was written: "Make sure this is accomplished,"" she told Saturday's El Pais.
"The methods consisted of making prisoners stand for long periods, sleep deprivation ... playing music at full volume, having to sit in uncomfortably ... Rumsfeld authorized these specific techniques."
The Geneva Convention says prisoners of war should suffer "

Okay what is the big deal? I am Democrat, but do not really like Al Gore. I know about our environment. Why do I need to have him tell me about it. Sorry, I'm venting, because, I am 36 years old and my Stupid step father is upset because I'm no rushing to watch this. He's the antiAmerican type who joins any conspiracy and crams it down everyones throat. I'd love to hear any input.

This house recently burned and the owner wont give these people their rent deposit and says she has 30 days to pay it, "by law she says".
I want to know what these people can do and their rights because they are staying in the bottom apartment of this house which has water damage due to the water that was needed to put out the fire.

Hi guys, I wanted to ask, what I should do in this situation? I have got a letter from a Collection agency that works for an apartment I used to have.Well I received this letter, and this is the FIRST letter I received from this company. Apparently with my old apartment I was supposed to pay another month's rent, however I paid the previous month's rent and then put my notice in and paid all fees, and things like that.I have not received any phone calls and this is the first letter. In the letter they said that if it is not paid they are going to pursue legal action in court. They said if a judgment is obtained they can pursue lawful recovery such as garnishment of wages, liens, and seizure and auction of property. I didn't know I had to pay another month's rent, almost forgot about it. What do I do? Are they planning to sue, as I don't have the $700.000?

My husband and I ran into his old g/f "Mary" and shes saying hes the father of her child. We are waiting on a DNA test now. Being in the "best interest of the child" termination of rights may be the best way to go.
"Mary" ran off when she was pregnant and the kid is now 17 months old. While talking to her she was purposly pushing my husband's buttons and would not stop. She was trying to see what kind of reaction she could get out of him. There is NO bond between my husband and his alleged son.
If you have any idea where to find the froms to terminate parental rights please help us. I have looked online for one or an example and can't find it.

Allows the government to execute all rapists, pedophiles, and murderers? If I was President, I would make a bill allowing all the above to be gassed to death in prisoner camps in the scorching heat in Texas, or they could be dragged behind a car on rough pavement in a city. We could put their heads on stakes in public to scare all potential criminals. I love those ideas.

I'm concerned about funeral expenses if/when my Mom passes. She's currently residing in a group home (she's mentally ill) and has a condominium that is for sale; however, most of the proceeds of that sale will go towards her care at the group home and her resent hospitalization. Afterwards, she will be receiving disability income from the State. My question is, if there's no money set aside for her funeral expenses (I certainly hope that her financial advisor/conservator is doing this) will the responsibility be put on me and my sister? Is there something that I can sign NOW, way before her death, stating that I am NOT responsible for this?
