If something personally happened to a loved one purposefully without accidental cause (God forbid) would you take matters into your own hands and resolve the conflict yourself and risk jail time and other punishments?

I believe in revenge but fear the consequences. The law of justice takes care of the actions for any moral human but if you're irritated enough after a major situation you can't help but to take the law into your own hands if the strong negative emotions are there.

How and where do I put an out of court selttlement for 5K for "release of liablility" on the means test? Is it exempt? This 5 K makes the difference between C 7 and 13. It doesn't seem right to add it to income when in it is not a regular payment, gift or ongoing. Also, I don't gamble much, but do I need to go to the local casino and get a statement of loss to attach to the losses gambling part of statement of financial affairs?

That is why in the 1950's, the average American family lived fine on one income. Today the average American family needs TWO incomes just to get by because the progressive income tax (the second plank of the Communist Manifesto, we might add) has sapped the earning power from the main male breadwinner and women in the workforce has lowered his earnings. Women in the workforce and feminism therefore are government tools for creating more Taxpaying Slaves for The State resulting in the enslavement of the average American family unit.

Terrorism, Sedition, and Treason:

Why Child Support Enforcement laws are anti-American and an act of Terrorism against Americans

written by: Bruce Eden, Constitutional Rights Director, Fathers Rights Association of New Jersey & Mid-Atlantic Region

U.S. child support reforms are based on the Soviet model, Article 81 of the The Russian Family Code, adopted in 1995. Its use was and is promoted in the United States by Irwin Garfinkel as part of a suite of Communist policy which became known to us as "The Wisconsin Model" because it involves the income shares approach--how much each parent makes determines how much child support is paid; rather than the true cost of raising children. As the Communist Manifesto says: "Each according to ability; each according to his needs". Our child support system was conceived and implemented as part of the former Communist way of doing things.

In the US, Alabama specifically, what happens if you have a court appearance scheduled (juvenile court but felony charges) and the officer/investigator does not show for this court date? There was no notification of postponment and it was on the docket for that date. The investigator was out of town on vacation so they just rescheduled the hearing. I have been told that they have to throw it out but the attorney did not say anything about it- just that they were going to reschedule because the charging investigator was not there. I need this answered ASAP as the next court date is in 6 days (Of which I have not rec'd any notification of but had to call and find out myself). I need links to any answers if anyone can help with this. It is keeping my honor roll senior out of her regular school and in an alternative school until this can be resolved.
