Even if you don't go to jail now... you'll still be able to be prosecuted down the line, whether she turns sixteen or not!

Get out of her life... wait intil she's older... if it's love, you'll wait and respect her... and the law... my late dad did exactly this, back in 1933 when he met my late mum. He fell in love on sight, but knew she was too young at fourteen, he was 21... he left her well alone and waited, because he saw her in her working life often, and sure enough, they met again, he made it happen, when she eighteen, and they married the next year. Married till he died, her photo, taken age nineteen, still inside his wallet.

Your friend is dating an underage minor. He probably gets allot of attention from her because she is so young but he will have to realise that there more than likely is no future for them. All he can do with her in a dating sense is perhaps kiss and cuddle her until she becomes 16 years old. No petting at all. Even then he could still be seen as corrupting her. He would be better of leaving her alone and if he feels anything for her apart from lust then come back in a years time when she is the legal age and pick up where they left of. But i think if he does this he will find that when he comes back she will have changed and probably will not be the person he thought she was.

Well, legally they can't have sex. If they have full intercourse, he (I assume YOU) could be prosecuted for Unlawful Sexual Intercourse; other sexual activity could result in charges of Indecent Assault on a child.

Either of these could result in imprisonment, a criminal record, registration as a sex offender, and future prohibition in working in any sector where there are children involved.

If you were 16 and she were 15, in practice the law would look much more leniently on the situation. But a 22 year old man SHOULD NOT be dating a 15 year old child, and the law would look very seriously upon this. Such an age gap represents an abuse of power.

because at an individual age, you at the instantaneous are not as genuinely inspired and already have extraordinarily a lot a superb ideas at the same time as it is composed of relationships. for kids, who're nonetheless turning out to be and arising both mentally and bodily, they are regularly genuinely swayed and manipulated into issues they are not yet waiting for; and this isn't with the help of the guy spouse. The individual spouse ought to nicely be real, yet for a teenager there is various of stress and emotions to handle, to boot as sex being coated as component to a existence-kind those days. If 2 little ones date, they help one yet another with the help of particular ranges of progression and study mutually about different aspects of being in a relationship, and can make blunders mutually and study from that mutually. An individual has already made those blunders at the same time as they were youthful and already is conventional with what she or he's doing, and what gained't be a mistake to them ought to nicely be a huge mistake to a teenager or youthful individual.

Your friend is dating an under-age child. She is jail-bait! If he does anything physical with her and he is caught, he will be charged with having sex with a minor. He will be quite rightly classed as a paedophile and will have to serve a jail sentence and will thereafter have his name entered onto the Sex Offenders' Register. He should, therefore, leave her alone until she is 18, or go and find himself a woman to date. A 15 year old child is in no way ready mentally or physically for an adult relationship of any kind, and your friend is being exceptionally naïve if he thinks she is. I can't be any clearer than that.

What in the world does a 22 year old man see in a child of 15. Legally he can do nothing and I mean nothing. He is an adult she is classified as a child. If he touches her in any way he can be arrested and charged with child molestation. To her it is a big deal having an older man interested in her but it is really bad news in the making. The 22 year old man needs to go find a woman in his own age group. Someone to go to pubs with. Someone who can give him the affection he wants. Not a child who can do none of the above.

Well, if she's 15, 11 months and 29 days old, then she is going to be corrupted, used, abused and damaged for the rest of her days if they end up in bed together tonight or tomorrow night, as the case may be.

If she has sex with your friend the day after tomorrow, she will be just fine, and cope with it like the fully mature young-lady, of marriageable age, that she will then be.

Well, that's the law isn't it?

Law I'm afraid, isn't very good in these situations, but it's all we've got.

The man is sick and is in danger of being classed as a paedophile. He should end this relationship straight away before her father finds out. The laws of this land are there to protect young innocent children. Why does a grown man want to go out with a child. He has serious issues which will get him into serious trouble if he isn't careful. How old is his next victim. I hope he gets caught out before he ruins her life. You could also be guilty by association if you keep on hanging round with him. Don't you think he is sick? I do.

The legal age of consent for ANY sexual act in the UK is 16- which basically means, legally, he can't do more than kiss or hug her.
