I just recently found out a person i was leaving my daughter in care with was signing her timesheets every two weeks, without me knowing, she was signing her name as well as mine, and i no longer leave my daughter with this lady, but i had to talk to the people that were going to take cash out of my account for november costs, she only watched my daughter 2 days out of the month of nov and this lady (that was watching her) is sayign she watched her for three, well when i tried arguing with the lady that does payroll on the phone, she said to me:'why are you making this such a big deal? you signed her timesheet' and i have never ever signed anything, what do i do about this situation?

If I TradeMark a name after the fact that the TradeMark name "Domain Name" has been registered to someone else, and if the Domain Name which i just got a Trademark(only the name, excluding ".com) on was not a developed website, just a "Parked Page".Can I sue over the domain name that I have TradeMark on?Can I legally sue and win the Domain Name?

Let me explain a little better, this is an example:
John Billybob registered the domain, Google.com in 2001.
Google Inc. got a Trademark on the "Google" name in 2005.
John BillyBob never developed a site, just sat on the domain name.
Can Google legally take John`s domain away from him, being that Google,Inc just got the TradeMark on "Google"? ;)

my nephew had a baby in feb 02 his name is on birth cert he got married in sept 02 in jan of 03 his wife left him and took the baby said she didnt love him thats the only reason,, well they are not divorced and from the time she left she wont let him or us see the baby i have not got to see her since feb 03 she was a yr old and my nephew hasnt seen her since june of 03.. i know he needs to get his divorce and get visitation rites but i cant force him thats not really the issue.. what i want to know is why is it ok for a woman who never took care of the baby to take her away from the father and person who did take care of her and not ever let him or his family see her? every time i have asked the law about it i am told that because they are still married who ever has the child in there possesion is the sole provider.. so if they were both out in a store and my nephew was to pick up his daughter and walk away with her then he would have the rite to keep her away from her mom..

in the past years, so if a person came in illegal 5 years ago, and the laws changed to include a felony charge years later, how can that charge be put on a person that wasn't even here at the time the law changed, further more to have this felony charge added to your history should be illegal, and if immigration is unlawfully allowed to bar a person from reentery into the USA for 10 years based on this felony charge, INS is showing they think they are above the laws that give us all fair treatment, most laws not at the level of a felony charge are settled by paying a fine, which would seam in order in the case of this person coming into the USA before the laws changed to include the felony charge, this person left the USA without force,no deportation took place, been in mexico 1 year, what ground does the INS have to inflicked anything on this person or refuse reentery on an approved I-130 petition wife of a US citizen, i would like to know my legal right as the husband.??? thank you

heres my story, i get to the mall at 4am and wait for 1hour in the front doors, when they opened at 5 i ran to the nearest game store and wait 3 hours more until 7am. When they opened there was 5 people in front of me, all buying a nintendo Wii, just like me. The Wii costs $270 including tax and i believed at that moment i have more than enough to buy one. In the shop, there is 7 that they are selling. I was buying the 6th one. so there are two lines and the 7th guy is buying the last wii. the guy who is selling my wii is counting my money, again and again and again.after the 5th time of counting he says i am $15 short. by now i am pretty much freakin out, but a few moments later some one agrees to give me money. but by then the other line already sold it to the 8th person in line. I left the shop and i counted my money to see if i really was short. and it turns out that i had $277! i went back to the shop and showed him my money but he says "how do i know you didnt switch the money?"

Does the custodial parent need to seek permission from family court when there is a custody/visitation order in place? One parent is granted sole legal and physical custody, while the non-custodial parent has visitation/parenting time. Can the custodial parent leave and or move out of state and at the same time show the court that it is not merely to keep the children away from the non-custodial parent. And prove that under new circumstances that it is in the "best interest of the children"? And also if the custodial parent is showing a willingness to revise the visitation schedule to include the non-custodial parent "parenting time"?

I hired an attorney for a personal injury from an auto accident. I feel like I am having to keep on him to find out what is going on. For example: We had a questions from the defendants attorney to answer. Which we did and met with our attorney to go over our answers. I wasn't sure on something from my past, so he was going to do a background check. Let me know what came up, if anything, answer the question asked accordingly and send a copy of our answers to us and to the defendant's attorney. This was back in Sept. I called at the end of Oct. asking about it, he hadn't done the background check yet. Not a problem, he'll take care of it. Well, it's the end of Nov. now and I haven't heard back. Now, we also have an appointment for depositions at the end of Dec. I am concerned that this attorney sucks badly. Is it normal for an attorney to be this way? Yes, I realize I'm not his only client.

And in other countries some groups advocate reintroducing the death penalty. In the world there have been some very bad murders - serial murderers and yet we laet these people live in prison with sentences _ never to be released - which means never to be released. So why not save money and execute? I dont believe in the death penalty but I am curious of other people's oppinions.

When we moved in, there was an HOA in existence. But the rules are getting increasingly strict and annoying. For example, limiting the number of cars that you can have parked on your drive way to only 2 when 4 cars would fit with no affect twhatsoever to drive by traffic.

My question: If I decide just to ignore the rule, what is at risk? Am I just alienating my neighbors or can they call the cops and give me a ticket for having too many cars parked? Is the HOA rulebook basically the same as city ordinance or law?
