Twisted laws of America strike again. it all depends on how much cash they have or who they know, i heard once that a man was in the air force and just left and never went back, most would be called a deserter or go to jail for a while or something, but no he didn't have anymore worrys about it, it was all covered you know the rest of the story or should.

Neither is "better" ... and in a perfect system neither would happen. There is no such thing as a perfect system, nor will there ever be. We just need to do the best that we can.
