I just recently found out a person i was leaving my daughter in care with was signing her timesheets every two weeks, without me knowing, she was signing her name as well as mine, and i no longer leave my daughter with this lady, but i had to talk to the people that were going to take cash out of my account for november costs, she only watched my daughter 2 days out of the month of nov and this lady (that was watching her) is sayign she watched her for three, well when i tried arguing with the lady that does payroll on the phone, she said to me:'why are you making this such a big deal? you signed her timesheet' and i have never ever signed anything, what do i do about this situation?

It is fraud. Talk to the police.

Yes it is fraud, even if someone would sign just with your initials it would still be fraudulent. I would tell them that she signed your name on the sheet and that you do not intend to pay for a day she did not sit. Tell them that woman commited fraud by signing your name and you are inclined to go to the police. And then see what their answer is.

In a perfect world...you could slap the **** out of her. Yes...it's forgery. Get her legally. start by SAYING you are taking them to court....this will usually get them to drop it. they know they have done wrong. My first thought though...is still the best!! Slap her down!!!

first off, yea it is definitely forgery. second, you should beat that lady down and not pay her at all. if that's doesn't work, call the cops and explain this to them.

Report everything to the police.

They will tell you what to do next.....perhaps the District Attorney's office.
