Yea, I'm not familiar with that one but if you're talking about the elections of 2000 that went to the Florida Supreme Court and finally to the U.S. Supreme Court, assuming it was Bush vs. Gore and not the other way around, then the Bush camp filed the suit so they would be the plaintiffs and the Gore people would be the defendants.
